I can't say enough good things about my property manager! They are absolutely fantastic at what they do. One of the things that stands out to me is how quickly they respond to my questions. Whenever I have a concern or need some information, they're always there to provide it to me in a timely manner.


Another area where they excel is in rehabbing the units and getting them rent ready. The attention to detail and level of care they put into each unit is remarkable. They really go above and beyond to ensure that each unit is in top shape and ready for tenants to move in.


Speaking of tenants, my property manager does an incredible job of filling the units. They're great at marketing the properties and finding quality tenants. But perhaps even more importantly, they're not afraid to evict bad tenants when necessary. They handle the entire process with the utmost professionalism and care, making sure that the units are cleaned up and rent ready as quickly as possible.


Finally, as an out of state investor, I really appreciate how well my property manager serves as my eyes and boots on the ground. Living 3000 miles away can be challenging, but they make it easy for me to manage my properties from afar. They're always keeping me in the loop and making sure that everything is running smoothly.
